Creating a Personal Brand as a Recruiter

Henry Glickel has been recruiting for 25 years.  He has completed work on over 2,070 searches for his client companies. On December 9, Henry will be the keynote speaker for the final installment of the 2020 AOEP webinar series.

In this seminar he will go over the change that proactively engaged in moving his recruiting practice from a 80% straight contingency to a 80% engaged contingency practice that has been successful over the last two and half years. This includes the CV-19 pandemic tenure.

He developed a marketing program that include a Digital Introduction to his practice approach, search summaries for completed assignments, and infographics.  These have helped separate himself from the crowded recruiting landscape and have helped define how he is different.
