Kim

KIM DINSMORE

President & Treasurer

Kim Dinsmore is a Senior Manager in Contracting Services with MIT Lincoln Laboratory who joined AOEP in 2013 and serves as AOEP’s President and Treasurer. Kim’s passion for talent acquisition, contracting,  customer relations along with her dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit has allowed her to take leadership positions in a various settings.

 

Kim’s passion for AOEP comes from her love of networking and the focus for AOEP in delivering trending and up to date content for the HR and Talent Acquisition communities, while also providing opportunities for networking and idea sharing/cultivation.

 

When not at work, Kim can be found taking advantage of high intensity fitness opportunities across the South Shore of MA, spending times with friends and family, traveling to Florida, or relaxing at home with her Chihuahua Harley.

Meghan S

MEGHAN STEINBERG

Vice President

Meghan Steinberg is the founder of SteinbergHR, a small boutique firm based in the South Shore partnering with organizations throughout New England and various states. SteinbergHR delivers proven results for start-ups to Fortune 1000 organizations across multiple industries. They offer interim, part-time and project based engagements. SteinbergHR has the network, expertise and experience, along with industry best practices, tools and methods to align with your culture, vision, and goals.

 

Meghan joined AOEP in 2013 and serves as the Vice President. Meghan has her certifications in PHR, SHRM-CP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

 

Meghan’s passion from AOEP comes from her belief that success in HR is both an art and a skill therefore, consistent engagement, networking and learning is critical. AOEP does just that and helps provide the tools, connections, and paths to true HR success. When not at work, Meghan can be found spending time with her husband, son and French bulldog or participating in various networking groups and charitable organizations.

Shelley

SHELLEY LANE

Secretary

Shelley Lane is a Managing Director at Fenway Consulting Group.  Shelley joined AOEP in 2013 and currently serves as the Secretary. Shelley is a relationship builder, who throughout her career has specialized in Recruiting for finance and accounting roles, and has established relationships with businesses in need of hiring talented employees both inside and outside of these areas.   

 

Shelley’s passion for AOEP comes from the relationship building aspect of the events and the ability to grow your own networks. Shelley holds current PHR/SHRM-CP licenses, has a MEd in Education from Cambridge College and a BS from Northeastern University with a Human Resource concentration.  When not at work, Shelley can be found volunteering at various colleges and universities helping students prepare for the world of work.

Henry

HENRY GLICKEL

Board Member

Henry Glickel is the owner of Sales Recruiters, Inc. and joined the AOEP Board in 2013. Henry is a Recruiter, Speaker, Author, Recruiting Mentor, and Talent Manager with over 25 years’ experience and over 2,070 completed searches. Henry holds dual designations through the National Association of Personnel Services. They are the CPC (Certified Personal Consultant) and CERS (Certified Employee Retention Specialist-Only one of less than 30).  Henry is also an owner, advisor, or board member to five relevant industry firms, start-ups, or associations.

 

Henry’s passion for AOEP comes from the opportunity the organization provides to exchange insights and viewpoints. When not at work, Henry can be found with his family or working on personal improvement or industry training projects and initiatives.

 

To help his fellow compatriots in the recruiting and staffing industry, Henry has provided webinars, mentoring, and advice to those who seek advice in surviving in these uncertain times. His is currently authoring a short story connecting James Bond with recruiting. 

Sahar

SAHAR REHMAN

Board Member

Sahar Rehman is an HR Specialist at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and a part-time faculty at College of Professional Studies, Northeastern University (teaches Intercultural Communications). Sahar joined AOEP in 2019 and serves as AOEP’s Project Manager.

 

Sahar’s passion for AOEP comes from the environment of learning and best practice sharing that AOEP promotes, and the ability to interact with key industry leaders. Sahar is  passionate about people, culture, multiculturalism and exploring different cultures. When not at work, Sahar can be found indulging in reading and photography. 

Patrick

PATRICK WARD

Communications Specialist

Patrick Ward is the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Halloran Consulting Group, Inc. who joined AOEP in 2019 and serves as AOEP’s Communication Specialist. Patrick is  passionate about the Life Sciences industry and supporting top talent through their entire employment journey. Patrick's role spans Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement, and he loves innovating in each of these spaces to further bring humanity and authenticity into the workplace.

 

Patrick’s passion for AOEP comes from the rewards he has seen from the AOEP community and how members of this community taking the lessons they learned to innovate in their own spaces. When not at work, Patrick can be found embracing all that the world has to offer: travel, music, theater, movies, and food.

Corie

CORIE SCIBELLI

Speaking Engagement & Operations Support Chair

Corie Scibelli is the HR Manager at Brownmed, Inc. who joined AOEP in 2019 and serves as AOEP’s Speaker Engagement and Operations Support Chair. Corie has her PHR and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership in Development. Corie’s passion for empowering employees to do their best work helps her to lead all daily functions of Brownmed’s HR Department.

 

Corie’s passion for AOEP's mission comes from her belief that AOEP is a strong organization with a unique position to engage with HR and TA professionals to create an innovative approach to employee management and satisfaction. When not at work, Corie can be found spending quality time with her family and two dogs, at the yoga and spin studio, or volunteering with animals of all kinds!

Neal

NEAL FAY

Board Member

Neal Fay is the Vice President of Business Development at King & Bishop and Finish Line Staffing who joined AOEP in 2009 and serves as AOEP’s Networking and Engagement Specialist. Neal’s career has spanned Engineering, Sales and Talent Acquisition, and he enjoys leveraging skills learned in these fields to success with key clients and accounts.

 

Neal’s passion for AOEP comes from the ability to grow individual networks and develop a community relationship throughout Boston’s Human Resources and Talent Acquisition communities. When not at work, Neal can be found participating in various charitable organizations and events. Neal will be participating in his 31st Pan Mass Challenge, Belmont Lions Club and can be seen Auctioneering for charitable events.

Lou

LOU GAGLINI

Board Member

Lou has been a member of the AOEP since 2007, served as the organization’s President for three years, and has been an active member of the Executive Board throughout his tenure. Lou’s extensive professional background includes over 25 years in human resources, talent acquisition, career development, and employment consulting within the private sector, at three major university campuses in the Boston area, and as an entrepreneur and consultant. 

 

Lou is a fan of politics, trivia, and spending time with his show business family and his golden retriever, Ginger. During the fall, he enjoys officiating high school and youth football in Greater Boston.
