I am very grateful to the
contribution of our leadership team who are listed below. It is through their
generous collaboration the AOEP is able to deliver such a robust schedule of
sessions led by thought leaders within the employment industry, while also
providing a wonderful networking forum for personal and professional
development. Currently we do not require dues to belong to the Association of
Employment Professionals; however we charge a below-market rate to attend our
events. Since June 2006 our membership has grown exponentially and our reach
has extended nationally. Without the leadership team’s combined commitment to
excellence, this would not have been possible.
I encourage those of you have
attended our events to volunteer on one of our many committees. You will have
the opportunity to work alongside wonderful people passionate about our

Association of Employment Professionals was established to provide a channel
for addressing and servicing the employment-related needs of the professional
human resources and business community and be the catalyst for increasing the
awareness and the appreciation for the business impact the employment function
has on all industry segments.
Our mission is to educate the human resources community on the value,
competencies, practices and processes of the employment function. We have
established a unique and dedicated focused network to address all elements of
the employment function: whether Corporate, third party service provider,
consultant or contractor. A key benefit is the networking and practice-sharing
among members and participants.
