Many firms are turning to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) as a way to improve their quality of service, reduce costs, improve workforce effectiveness and streamline their HR infrastructure. As RPO evolves what are the roles of in-house HR generalists, recruiters, and hiring managers as well as third party recruiters and consultants?
