Phone and Internet sourcing techniques have become
increasingly sophisticated in recent years as evolving technology, creativity
and better metrics have resulted in best practices. But volume remains high. How
can a corporate staffing or small third-party search firm operate like the top
players? By implementing the techniques to be shown in this unique, competitive
format.
Three of the world's top recruiting researchers will show how
sourcing can be done efficiently and effectively, using three very different
types of job requisitions supplied by AOEP members. Each presenter will share,
demonstrating live, online, in real time, different methods they would each use
to find relevant active and passive prospects without using commercial resume
databases, at low or no cost. The audience is welcome to chime in with tough
requisitions / candidate pipeline needs of their own.
