With automated tracking systems, electronic employee referral systems, and Internet sourcing techniques, recruiters
have a range of excellent sourcing tools available to them. Even so, in spite of everything a strong recruiter does, at
times it is necessary to enlist the support of a third party to supplement the effort. During this panel discussion, the
presenters will discuss the range of third party options that might be considered, ranging from full executive search to
use of contingency agencies. They will address the considerations that make one option more desirable than the other
and the actions and factors that need to be considered to increasethe likelihood of success for the third party, the client,
and the candidates.
With many years of experience in corporate recruitment, executive search and contingency placement, the panelists offer a wealth of information seldom available in a single session. Attendees at this session can anticipate learning how to: select the right resource; setting up mutually beneficial agreements and operating procedures; highlight what contributes to a fruitful relationship; and how to avoid practices that lead to frustration and failure. Each of the panelists has been there, done that, and is ready to share with you best practices and help you avoid common mistakes.
