The hiring picture for new graduates continues to improve. Campus career centers report increased on campus recruiting and graduating students again find themselves with multiple offers and options. Detailed research over recent years has illuminated trends on successful campus recruiting, from the student’s point of view. What are students seeing as the best - and worst - practices in campus recruiting? What are students’ attitudes about the impact of the people, processes, and technology used in campus recruitment. How can you position your campus recruiting effort to best take advantage of what students view positively. These will be the focal points of this meeting with our presenter, Mary Scott.
