Perhaps you worked at DEC, WANG, DG or Computervision in the late '60s or early '70s. Maybe your head is still spinning from the rush of the dot-com days. Maybe you are still rising from the ashes of the dot-bomb days, waiting for the next wave. Through it all, there are some constants and some variables that contribute to success.

This presentation will be a provocative and interesting discussion on The Greater Boston Labor Market -- a review of what's in and what's out -- reviewing the major topographical shifts in recent years, assessing the impact on the business, social, educational, civic and political aspects of New England.

Our speaker will examine the key drivers that affect the ebb and flow of the marketplace, looking at "what's out" and "what's in". Attendees will interactively examine what's changed and consider the future direction, reflecting on what all that means for each of us -- you and your career -- your company and its employees -- your personal and professional future -- especially in terms of time and place, families and friends.

Our presenter, Judy Gustafson, speaks from the perspective of a long and successful career in the local HR market. Currently consulting with Boston Scientific, Judy was previously the Employment Manager at Cisco.
