Over the past fifty years employment experts have created and maintained measures and historical data to help measure the effectiveness and the future requirements for employment activity and hiring needs. In today’s world of recruiting the ability to report and analyze recruiting and hiring information is not only important, it is required. Mr. Burkholder will cover the key areas of metrics including:
- HR Performance Metrics: Overview and Methodologies and Providers
- Employment Metrics: Activity Indicators and Standard Metrics
- Latest Survey Results and Trends
- Putting Employment Metrics to Work: Implementing and Implementations
- Using Metrics to Drive High Performance; Employment Resource Allocations;
