Dr. Adler will discuss the current state of employment testing. Key trends to be discussed include web-delivery of employment tests, remote assessment processes, the need to enhance job relevance, demonstrating return on investment, and the increased use of personality and bio-data tools. He will analyze relevant research as well as address key implementation issues.

Seymour Adler is Director of the National Account Development team in the Talent Solutions Consulting practice. He is a graduate of the Doctoral Program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at New York University and has contributed widely to the scientific and professional literatures in that field. In addition to having served as a consultant to industry throughout his professional career, Dr. Adler is on the faculty at New York University. At Aon since 1978, Dr. Adler has directed the development and implementation of numerous assessment, performance management and development programs, with particular emphasis on customer service, sales and management positions in the financial services, telecommunications and high technology industries. Seymour is a member of several teams working on HR outsourcing projects for Aon clients. He is a Fellow of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, a member of the Academy of Management, and the International Association of Applied Psychology. He is also past-President of the Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology.
